Reminder - Ordinance 21-05 Animal Regulation

Friendly reminder that in the City of Blossom, all dogs must be on a leash or behind a fence at all times. Ordinance 21-05 is available at this link on this website.

To report a violation of the ordinance, especially a dog that is not being contained, contact Andy Lowen, City of Blossom Code Enforcement. He is available Tuesday through Thursday at City Hall, 1240 West Front Street, at blossomcodeenforcement@outlook.com, at (430) 900-8858, or at (903) 982-5900.

When you make a report, please have the address of the home to which the dog belongs or as much information as you can to describe the likely home. The City is not currently able to capture or house stray dogs but will take all measures possible to locate a responsible owner.
