• Administering ordinances for permits and inspections
• Enforcing dwelling standards ordinances
• Condemning and removing hazardous buildings
• Scheduling and conducting building inspections and

Ensuring the health, safety and general welfare of our citizens.

For Plats and Subdivisions:

To plat or replat a lot, compete the application below and submit with listed documentation and fee to the City Secretary.  Ordinance 21-06 Subdivision Building Regulation is available in the Related Documents section of this page.

• Plat application available by clicking here.  Plat applications are only accepted on Wednesdays.
• Plat description using metes and bounds
• Locate the plat with respect to a corner of the survey or tract or an original corner of the original survey of which it is a part.
• State the dimensions of each lot of the plat and of each street, alley, square, park, or other part of the tract intended by the owner of the tract to be dedicated to public use.
