Public Information Request

You may hand deliver your request to City Hall at 1240 West Front Street, Blossom, Texas 75416 or mail it to PO Box 297 Blossom, Texas 75416. Email submissions may be sent to cityofblossom@blossomtel.com.

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing to the City.  A form is provided below or you may submit your own.  If writing your own, include the date, your name, your contact info (email or mailing address), and a clear, specific description of the records sought.
